These days, my sleeping schedule has been so messed up because of quarantine. I’ve been watching way too much Youtube and Netflix and going to sleep at 3 or 4 am. This wouldn’t be a big issue, but now I am back at work, so I’m barely sleeping much. I tried sleeping songs, staying away from electronics, and forcing myself to sleep. But nothing worked!! I realized scent calms me more than sound, so I invested on a few aroma sprays and diffusors lately.
I never really thought about checking out Urang room sprays, but I wish I knew sooner. There are many different kinds of scents, but I picked up Calming Lavender and Antivirus Bergamot.
Calming Lavender Refreshing Perfume
All ingredients in the room spray are green level EWG approved. Even though its called calming lavender, it has grapefruit oil, lavender oil, boswelia carter oil, and resin oil. Whenever I spray this, I can definitely smell grapefruit oil and lavender oil the most. I do wish the grapefruit oil wasn’t as overwhelming and the lavender could be stronger. Even so, it’s a really nice scent which I love to spray on my bed before going to sleep. It really helps calm my body down.
Antivirus Bergamot
Next we have Antivirus Bergamot, which contains Melaleuca Quinquenervia Oil. Apparently this oil can be used as insect deterrent, which will be useful during the summer. I have a ton of fruits in my home, which means fruit flies will be coming around too. This room spray can be used both on fabric and spray in the air. This scent that I can pick up are citrus, a hint of floral, and tree bark (earthy).
What helps you sleep well? Or do you just sleep right away? Let me know~~
