Who is Urang?
Urang is an up-and-coming K-beauty brand that was founded by CEO Jina Lee. Urang focuses on using organic or natural ingredients, as well as using high quality ingredients.
Why have a cleansing routine?

Having a cleansing routine is very beneficial for the health of our skin. Throughout the day we collect dirt, pollution, bacteria, oils, and dead skin cells. So, it is very important to incorporate a cleansing routine to remove these impurities we have collected. Also if we wear makeup, it’s NECESSARY to remove it thoroughly with a cleansing routine.
My Double Cleansing Routine
Recently I have been using the Urang Foam cleanser and cleansing oil as part of my double cleansing. I don’t wear makeup every day, but I prefer to integrate a double cleansing routine into daily skincare regime because it keeps my skin clean and helps prevent any breakouts.
First Step – Cleansing Oil
First, I start off with the Urang Natural Cleansing oil. It can be used both as makeup remover and cleanser. This cleansing oil contains fun ingredients such as Carthamus Tinctorius Seed Oil (for moisture), Prunus Armeniaca (Apricot) Kernel Oil (for skin-conditioning), and Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil (for cleansing and emollient ).

Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Seed Oil, Prunus Armeniaca (Apricot) Kernel Oil, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Polyglyceryl-2 Sesquioleate, Polyglyceryl-10 Decaoleate, Polyglyceryl-10 Caprylate/Caprate, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil*, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil*, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Citrus Nobilis (Mandarin Orange) Oil, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride (*Organic ingredient)
I noticed the cleansing oil does a great job removing majority of my makeup and impurities after only one use. Of course, if you have very stubborn lip tint or extremely matte lipstick, I recommend using a makeup remover on the specific areas such as lips before using the cleansing oil.
As you can see in the photo above, it removed the eyeliner quite easily but the lipstick was a bit stubborn. Now usually I have a hard time removing my lip tints no matter which cleansing oils I use since I tend to use very long lasting lip products.
Second Step – Creamy Bubble Foam Cleanser
For my second step, I like to use a foam cleanser since I find it more appealing and effective compare to other forms of cleansers. If I had to explain this cleanser in one word, it would be BUTTERY!!! I can’t get over the texture and smoothness of this cleanser. It feels amazing whenever I apply it onto my face. It feels so therapeutic as well.
Some key ingredients are Lauryl Glucoside (for cleansing), Sodium Cocoyl Apple Amino Acids (for foam booster & skin conditioning), and Potassium Cocoate (moisturizer).

After using the foam cleanser, I find my skin is both clean AND moisturized. I dislike using cleansers that strip my skin from its natural oils. Even if I don’t apply other skincare products, my skin still feels smooth and moisturize. It’s quite surprising.
As you can see in the photos above, most of the makeup was removed after using both the cleanser oil and foam cleanser. Of course the matte lipstick I used was very very VERY stubborn, so it didn’t completely remove. On the hand, I don’t have any problems removing my foundation, eye shadow, mascara, etc.
Overall Review!
I’m very content with this double cleansing routine I am currently using. Even though it doesn’t remove some of my stubborn lip tint, I am happy with the results. 🙂 If I had to choose one I prefer more, I would go for the foam cleanser because I am in love with the texture and how my skin feels afterwards.
